Shipping (All prices are quoted in USD)
* As a friendly reminder please give us 24-72 hours (1-3 days) to ship your order and provide you with tracking. If there is a payment delay on your end, we will wait until the payment is finalized before shipping. If there is a high risk of fraud, we will email you first and wait for your confirmation before we ship. Be sure to look for any emails from firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com in your spam folder in case we try to contact you. Thank you for your patience!

We ship via Hong Kong Local Post office or EMS. If you would like us to use DHL or FedEx, please message us before processing your order.
Zone 1: USA/ Canada / UK / most countries in Asia
Zone 2: Australia/ France / Belgium/ Netherlands, see below for specific countries
Zone 3: All other countries we ship to, including Brazil, South Africa, see below for specific countries
a) STANDARD SHIPMENTS (WITH BASIC TRACKING)
Expected delivery time: Please give this 10-40 business days (3-8 weeks) for the package to be delivered. Customs in other countries may hold on to packages for sometime, which we unfortunately have no control over.
Delayed packages: If your package takes more than 8 weeks to be delivered, we will contact the post office at that time to conduct an international trace, which can take 1-2 months. If at this point, the post office has deemed your package lost, we will 100% refund you. If however, they confirm that the package was delivered/ you missed the package, that is not a fault on our part. If it is sent back to us after a missed delivery, you will need to pay for the exact delivery cost to be shipped back to you again. If you want us to re-ship the entire order while waiting to hear back the results from the international trace, you will have to re-pay for your order until we get the confirmed results. Users in Philippines, Brazil & Pakistan: For whatever reason, we have recently been experiencing exceptionally LONG delays (more than 2 months) with some of our deliveries in your country so please be aware of this!
Users in Turkey: Cosmetic imports are banned in Turkey so if you purchase, there will unfortunately be no refund if your goods are confiscated. It is a big risk and we advise against it.
Basic Tracking: All standard shipments have basic tracking. Please give the mailing systems a few days to update before you can track your package in your country.
- Limited Tracking (such as in USA, Canada, & Possibly Other Countries): The basic tracking is included in your package, but unfortunately the mailing system in your country does not allow local shipment tracking online by a customer but that does not mean it is un-trackable. It is STILL trackable by contacting your post office via phone call or email. We can of course assist you with this if needed. If you prefer to track your order online, choose parcel shipping or expedited shipping, which is the best and fastest option.
Standard Shipping Rates:
- Zone 1: Flat rate of $5 for ALL shipments under $50, which includes basic tracking* (see below for details). Any total order over $50USD (after discounts) will qualify for FREE SHIPPING including basic tracking.
- Zone 2: Flat rate of $8 for ALL shipments under $60. All orders above $60 will qualify for free shipping and tracking.
- Zone 3: Flat rate of $12 for all shipments under $75. All orders above $75 will qualify for free shipping and tracking.
b) PREFERRED SHIPMENTS (ONLINE TRACKING FOR LIMITED COUNTRIES SUCH AS USA & CANADA)
- Benefit: Users in limited tracking countries, such as Canada/US, you can now track your orders online with this option and these packages are typically received a bit faster than standard shipping.
Preferred Shipping Rates:
- Zone 1: Flat rate of $10 for ALL shipments under $100, which includes tracking* (see below for details). Any total order over $100USD (after discounts) will qualify for FREE SHIPPING including tracking.
- Zone 2: Flat rate of $14 for ALL shipments under $120. All orders above $120 will qualify for free shipping and tracking.
- Zone 3: Flat rate of $20 for all shipments under $150. All orders above $150 will qualify for free shipping and tracking.
c) EXPEDITED SHIPPING (also called Speed Courier Service/ Speedpost / EMS):
- Expected delivery time: Please give this 2-10 business days (1-2 weeks) for the package to be delivered. This is typically much faster than parcel shipping and definitely much, much faster than standard shipping.
- USA, Canada, The Netherlands & Possibly Other Countries Not Listed Here – You will be able to track your order online with Courier shipping.
Expedited Shipping Rates:
- Zone 1: Flat rate of $30 for all International shipments under $225. Any order of $225USD will qualify for FREE expedited shipping.
- Zone 2: Flat rate of $30 for all international shipments under $250. Any order of $250USD will qualify for FREE expedited shipping.
- Zone 3: Any order of $425 USD will qualify for FREE expedited shipping. Any order over $425 will quality for FREE expedited shipping.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Hong Kong.
Do you Charge Sales Tax?
Sales tax will be applied to all orders sent to New York. (Sorry New Yorkers!! but our office is officially based there and it's US law to charge tax where your office and sales license is from. Note we still offer very competitive, if not better, pricing compared to US based stores)
Is there a Customs Import Fee?
All packages are declared as a GIFT with a low value depending on parcel size, but we cannot guarantee it will not get caught and held up in customs.
If customs charges do occur, it is the buyer's responsibility for these fees and import taxes.
Where & what countries do you ship?
We currently ship internationally (to most countries unless your country does not allow cosmetic shipments or does not allow Paypal payments). If you know your country has an issue receiving goods, it MUST be discussed with us beforehand. We do not know your country as well as you do so we do not want to disappoint you and we cannot be held responsible for issues. If your country does not typically allow cosmetic shipments and it is discarded by customs, please note we cannot offer a refund. If you're not sure about the risk, we would advise to avoid it altogether as we do not want any disappointed customers. We will include the tracking to help resolve any issues and try to help as much as we can!
